The heater caused the power to go out. We ended up bathing in cold water, then came back to a room full of mosquitoes. There was only one person at the help desk, and when the power fluctuated, he kept sleeping instead of responding. The AC worked, and the toilet was clean enough. The room and floors were clean too, though the windows were dusty. The room was cramped, but fair. Definitely won’t book again 🙏🙏🙏

If you work at DLF, this place is nearby, and Guindy is close too, with easy access to the metro. It’s an average apartment converted into rooms. The workers are polite and service is okay, but there’s no breakfast included, no phone to call reception, and no Wi-Fi.

The rooms were good, but after I’d been staying there for a few weeks, they suddenly told me to leave because demand had gone up due to an event at chennai trade centre. They hadn’t told me the rates would go up if I wanted to stay by paying extra.

The toilets were worse than those in a general-class train carriage. During the coronavirus season, they didn’t change the sheets from the previous guest, just straightened the bedding and gave me the room. It felt very unhealthy to stay there.
