For the price, the room size was okay, and the AC worked fine. But the bed wasn’t very comfortable and creaked when I moved, the fans were noisy, and the bathrooms needed better upkeep. The stay wasn’t comfortable overall, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

I left at 10:46 AM, but the booking had already been marked as checked out at 06:24 AM. The room itself was dirty and had blood stains, and water from the leaking AC dripped onto the bed. No toiletries were provided, and the reception staff were bad too. When I questioned an early check-in charge of Rs. 300 instead of the roughly Rs. 190 I expected under OYO rules, they threatened to make me leave. I’d booked through OYO and this felt like a waste of money. Look at the photos I posted before booking. Everything about the stay was bad.

There’s no lift, and the lodging is on the third floor, so getting up the stairs is a long climb. The rooms are small but furnished, clean and safe, with CCTV surveillance. They provide the OYO standard items. Rent is reasonable, and it’s a decent place to rest and sleep.

I’m still waiting for my advance payment back, and I’m very disappointed with OYO. I tried booking through their call centre, but the agent said rooms were full and booked me at a nearby hotel called "Royal O Indus" instead, taking payment in advance. At the hotel, the front desk manager refused check-in and said they’d deregistered from OYO. After several tries, I reached another call centre agent who confirmed the hotel had been removed from the portal. They offered to book somewhere else, but it was too far from where I needed to be, so I had to make my own arrangements. I won’t book through OYO again, and I’d tell others not to either. Call the hotel directly, especially if you’re in a hurry, so you don’t get caught out.
