OYO 25047 Krd Lodge

The bedding was filthy, there was no hot water, and the place didn’t feel suitable for families with so many drunk people around. The receptionist wasn’t helpful, either. The room was badly maintained, and the photos on the site looked old, so don’t rely on them. For what we got, the price was unreasonable. I had a really bad stay and wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is handy, with a bus stop within walking distance and food and shops outside the property. Rooms are good, and hot water is available. Still, the room rates could be adjusted to match other areas.

You can get a room on a budget, but maintenance is very poor and there’s no service at all.

We’d booked two rooms through OYO, but when we arrived they said online bookings weren’t accepted and offered spot booking at a higher rate than the price quoted online. We were prepared to pay, but the rooms weren’t clean. With children and my elderly mother in a wheelchair, we ended up searching for somewhere else in the hot afternoon. Their dealings weren’t transparent.
