The rooms were fine. For wedding guest bookings, please either collect payment in advance, which I offered, or be patient if you're taking it at checkout. Wedding organizers have other events happening and guests to look after, so repeated calls pushing for immediate payment aren't helpful.

Rithika Inn was fabulous when Kishor supervised things, but the rooms are pathetic now. Regular customers get no preference, the bathrooms are horrible, and there's no service to help carry luggage. It all depends on who is at reception. The current reception handler seems to favor customers paying premium rates directly, while treating MMT customers like third-class guests.

I was happy staying here. The ambience was very good, the service was very good, and the front office handled things nicely. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to corporate travelers.

Gautam and Rajkumar were especially helpful and cooperated so well. They handled everything very politely even though I had a language barrier. The facilities were all very good. I'll keep coming back.
