The room was poorly maintained, with several broken fixtures, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. Facilities were extremely limited, basically just a room without extra amenities or support. Check-in took a long time. The front desk staff were unprofessional, rude, and argumentative, especially about our having paid online instead of at the property. They argued unnecessarily instead of helping. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

Even though it didn't live up to the hype, what stood out most was how unhygienic the room was and how roughly the manager spoke to us. They wanted extra pay even for one minute. They took advantage of us needing a room urgently, and the whole experience left me unsatisfied. I've never had such a disappointing stay. Even in an emergency, I'd go to another hotel instead of this one.

Room service was good, and I liked the room and the place. The balcony view was nice too.

The Wi-Fi comes in multiple 400 MB packs, and I had to keep chasing them for the password. They were helpful with ordering food and arranging laundry through their staff, though. It's a decent place to stay, with good service and people ready to help when needed. You can stay here comfortably.
