OYO 70859 Pallavi Nilayam

The dogs downstairs were friendly, even though at first I thought they might bite, lol. My room had good bedding, comfortable pillows and mattresses, air conditioning, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom was really clean too. Food was a highlight: the Mutton Biryani, Lime Sodas, and Chicken Kebabs were 20/10. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. Thanks :)

The room wasn't clean at all, with bottles, dust, and who knows what under the bed. The curtains didn't cover properly, so people outside could see in. Online they offer one price, then at the hotel say that rate isn't possible and ask for more money. Breakfast was advertised as included, but it wasn't. And if you need anything at night, they'll tell you room service isn't available.

A really miserable stay. The bed squeaked badly, the door latch was hard to lock from inside, and the bathroom door didn't lock at all. There wasn't even a mirror in the room. They gave me a bath soap that had already been used, and the bedsheets had holes in them. Customer service was very, very poor. Don't book here.

The receptionist at the counter was friendly and reserving the room was easy, but the rate felt high compared with other rooms. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on, and some sockets didn't work, which made it hard to use my laptop or charge my phones. The WiFi was weak, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Food cost extra and was average. There were no shampoo, conditioner, or soap lotions in the washroom, so washing my hands and taking a bath was a problem. The curtains, pillows, and sheets were okay, though the sheets weren't very white and had a few stains.
