The service and cleanliness were very poor, and during our five-day stay they didn't provide laundry or clean the room properly. Staff across the front office and back office spoke badly to us. Breakfast wasn't worth the charge and was made by a helper instead of a chef. The tea came in a paper glass, while staff drank from proper cups. WiFi was poor, and there were only two or three TV channels. I recommend others avoid this hotel. It's the worst hotel in bangalore, in my view.

The hotel is affordable and neat, with good bathroom cleaning and okay room service, though not great. Nearby food options are good. I stayed about a month. Reception responded well, but check-in wasn't punctual even though checkout was, and we waited two hours for a room. Bedsheets were changed only once a week, and the window was dusty. The first day's water bottle was sealed, but from the next day they refilled the same bottle. I crushed it and put it in the water bin, then got a new bottle the following day, but it wasn't sealed. I don't know who had used it before. Hot water was available in the morning from 6.15 to 9.00, and warm water in the evening from 7.30 to 9.30.

I booked for one night but checked out right away, as I couldn't stay even 30 minutes. The room stank, and small cockroaches were roaming around. There was no way to open the windows, and they were too dirty to touch. I'd give this a 0-star rating. For an Edition O category hotel, that's awful. Please don't book here. I think the ratings on the OYO app are fake.

My overall experience was good. The hotel is in a very good location, and the rooms were cleaned neatly every day. They have a TV, oven, cupboards, and AC, plus an intercom for ordering food to your room. The walls are thin. They provide a mineral water bottle filled from mineral water cans, then reuse the same bottle. Hot water is available for three hours in the morning and three hours in the evening, though the evening supply isn't regular.
