The location was near our connection point, but there was little else to recommend it. We booked two rooms to freshen up after reaching Bangalore before heading to Mysuru, and paid 1600 per room for four hours that felt like a complete waste. The entrance smelled because of pigeons. The rooms were dirty, with old, rancid-smelling bedding that hadn't been changed. Bathroom taps leaked, cockroaches ran around, and the toilets were nasty. No toiletries or room service were available. It ruined the holiday mood. Don't trust the exterior; this isn't suitable for a family or a full-day stay.

The first room had broken bathroom fittings, a leaking washbasin, and an AC that didn't work. They moved me, but the second room had cockroaches in both the room and bathroom, another broken hand shower, and an AC that still didn't work. The fan regulator only had one setting, full speed. Staff weren't friendly, though I wouldn't call them rude. The rooms are poorly maintained, and for hygiene reasons alone I wouldn't stay here with children. Small insects could get into their ears while they're sleeping. Check the room before deciding.

The location is the only real positive. The rooms are old and poorly managed: there's no wardrobe door, the bathroom door won't lock, and the clothes hanger in the bathroom was broken. They provide no wash towel, soap, or shampoo. Wi-Fi isn't available in every room, so you have to ask specifically. If you're a bachelor and can put up with all that, it may work. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The location is really nice, and the property could be great if someone maintained it. The rooms are in terrible shape, though. There were mushrooms growing from the bathroom door and cockroaches everywhere. With no Wi-Fi, I had a lot of trouble getting work done. It felt like a cockroach pandemic in there.
