We ended up paying 900 rupees for one room, even though OYO's portal showed two rooms booked. At check-in on 23.12.19, the staff demanded another 550 rupees as a flooring charge and said they couldn't provide the two rooms at the booked amount of 985. We had no real choice, so we took one room for 900. When we raised the discrepancy with OYO, the staff said we could leave since we'd already paid. The staff's behavior was rubbish, and OYO was no help. I'd booked through OYO the previous evening, 22.12.19, and had asked them to confirm the charges with the hotel. OYO assured me the price wouldn't change. A terrible experience. I plan to complain to the consumer forum or police, and I'd tell people to avoid OYO and this hotel.

I booked a room through oyo for one night, 15 to 16 Dec 2019, at INR 530, but they refused that booking and demanded INR 750. It was late and my wife was exhausted, so I felt I had no other option. After checkout, they forcibly took my phone and gave themselves a 5-star rating in the oyo app. I felt they were rowdy. They cheat many people this way, so avoiding this property is the sensible choice.

For one person, it was quite good, and the staff were supportive. Cleanliness and hospitality were both 8/10, while affordability was 9/10. The location gets 10/10: within 400m of KSR railway station, at No. 10, 1st Main, Cottonpete, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560053. Don't prepay through oyo, though, since they don't accept oyo payments. Pay directly at the hotel. Google pay is accepted.

At midnight I was left stranded while OYO spent an hour “resolving” the issue. I'd booked and paid online for five days, but at check-in the staff said they didn't accept online payments and wanted another 1K for the same room. The hotel has no link up with OYO. Please don't book it online through any platform, or you may face the same problem.

We booked the room for 24 hours, but it was so full of cockroaches we couldn't stay even one hour. Reception didn't care when we complained. When we said we'd check out, they demanded the full amount and wouldn't even return half. I went with my family, and this isn't a good place for families or friends. A really bad experience in my life. Please be careful and don't book this room.
