Oyo 71638 Hotel Multitech Inn

The rooms weren't clean, and housekeeping seemed to have no real routine. We had to ask for daily cleaning, but they only cleaned the room and bathroom once and changed the bedcover once. At least the bin was emptied almost every day. Communication was poor and the landlines didn't work. The so-called 24-hour stay runs from 11 am to 11 am the following day, and there's no food available. Staff behavior was average, and a tiny elevator fits about three people. The location is convenient, with daily necessities nearby, and it costs less than other places, though the facilities aren't up to much. I booked offline, but I'd still advise against online bookings because they charge extra for each day. Don't stay here. If you do, keep it to two or three days and find somewhere better.

We were there for no more than five minutes before finding another hotel nearby. Our room had no Western toilet, and they only told us after we arrived. The restroom smelled bad and had just a sink and toilet, with no way to bathe. The AC wasn't cooling properly in the summer heat, and there was no remote. Room service only checked it after we called. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

Oyo doesn't clearly spell out details like check-in and checkout times or extra GST, so be careful. The stay isn't a full 24 hours. Staff don't know Kannada and asked for more money at checkout, even though they had told us earlier whether tax was included. Watch out for these extra charges.

Please avoid this hotel. I had a confirmed booking and had already paid online, but when I arrived they demanded more money. I wouldn't pay again, so they refused the booking and told me to leave. Searching for somewhere else at that point was awful. This is my honest review.
