The rooms are nice, but service was very poor. I had to remind them several times and still wasn’t given a towel, which is a basic necessity. The receptionist on duty around 4 PM was unresponsive as well.

The location was perfect, and the person at reception guided us properly. It was a nice hotel experience, with all services done perfectly. Well done.

My room was clean, and so was the kettle. They gave me the room I’d requested, so the stay was satisfactory overall.

I stayed here while attending a family function and found it a good, neat place. The rooms were clean, with hot water 24/7 and Wi-Fi. The location is a plus, though don’t expect extravagant views. Nothing negative to say.

I came away feeling a bit low. The rooms are small and the service is bad. We had to call every time for washroom supplies and drinking water, and they don’t even provide shampoo, body wash, or soap.
