We went to Sanman Gardenia at Ashoka Pillar for my friend’s sangeet, and the event went really well. The staff were cooperative and kept everything running smoothly, which made the evening stress-free. The party hall was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up for a lively celebration. Everyone enjoyed the food, which was delicious, high quality, and authentic. A great place for functions and good food. Highly recommended!

Even with a booking made a month ahead, they made us wait to check in. They don’t seem to understand how that affects customers. Mediocre hotel, not recommended. Avoid it.

My confirmed family booking through Booking.com wasn’t honored. I’d booked well ahead for 09/11/2025 and received an email confirmation with a booking ID and pin. On November 7, 2025, I called to let them know I’d arrive late, and they confirmed the reservation. Then, just 30 minutes later, they called back to say every room was sold out. That was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially while traveling with my family after making proper arrangements. They said the booking wasn’t prepaid, but my credit card details were saved in Booking.com, and I expected them to respect the confirmed reservation. Canceling at the last minute left us stranded. Management should take this seriously so it doesn’t happen to other travelers.

The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms, and the location is nice. Breakfast was awesome, with a good variety of food.

The food was good in both taste and quality, but the service was pathetic. Two groups who arrived after us got served straight away while we waited ages just for coffee. When it finally came, it was cold and watery. A very bad experience.
