Getting even drinking water after paying took asking, and the receptionist was slow and reluctant to help. Their attitude was poor throughout. The room and hotel were in rough shape and not clean. There was just one charging socket, and its switchboard was damaged and seemed unsafe. No towels in the bathroom, and the heater took over half an hour to make water warm. Basic things weren’t maintained, so the hospitality was a letdown.

The AC was the only thing that worked. The bed was poor, and the room had patchy walls. Water ran out during the busy morning period, and they took a long time to sort it out. I wouldn’t go.

For what they charge, this room just wasn’t worth it. The bathroom bucket was dirty and the toilet flush didn’t work properly. The sheets weren’t clean either. The TV was out of order, even though I hadn’t planned to use it.

The room was awful, way too many beds, and it didn’t feel safe or clean.

The location was the one decent part. My room and the washroom were untidy, there was no TV or complimentary mineral water, and I had to ask for soap and a towel. A really bad stay.
