OYO 65928 Balaji Home Stay

The rooms were okay, not especially bad, but there were several problems. We booked five rooms, and the AC wasn't working in a single one. There was no latch in the bathroom either. When we asked about the TV, they hadn't recharged it. At checkout, she said it had worked until the previous day and that we arrived after 12 o'clock, so the recharge period had ended. For the AC, she claimed there was an extra switch outside the room, but avoided showing me where it was when I asked. We didn't try the WiFi, so I can't comment on it. The rates also varied for the same room. I paid 2000/- per room, while some others paid 1200/-.

The beds were ugly, the rooms weren't properly cleaned, and there was no WiFi. Reception was unhelpful and the staff were very rude and disrespectful to customers. Balaji hotel 65928 is the worst. They need to change the staff, who don't know how to treat customers.
