There’s no parking at all, so don’t drive here. Service at every level was lacking and needs serious training. The rooms are showing their age, though cleanliness was acceptable and the bathrooms could use better amenities. The only restaurant is often turned into a conference room, so breakfast gets served on the first-floor landing, where you end up eating awkwardly in an empty guest room. Breakfast is adequate, and food and drinks are very well priced. It’s a solid budget business hotel in a terrific spot just off MG road near the Metro station. The rooms have the main basics: aircon, TV, safe deposit locker, stocked mini bar, enough work space, and an electric kettle. For the money, it offers terrific value.

The hotel is on M G Road, which is a plus, but it’s hard to locate correctly on Google Maps. Even our Uber driver got lost trying to find it. The rooms are decent, though they feel old, and it’s okay for a casual stay. We paid extra for breakfast since it wasn’t part of the room rent, but the quality was below average and needs improvement.

The main reason I keep coming back is the location. My office is only a 3-4 minute walk away, which helps when you’re on a tight schedule and trying to avoid Bangalore traffic. The staff are courteous and the food is good. Rooms are kept neat, but they’re basic and cramped. The AC units seem dusty and long overdue for cleaning or servicing, and some are noisy. Call the hotel to confirm your check-in date and time before you arrive. Sometimes the room isn’t ready and you can wait 15-30 minutes.

I only gave it two stars, one for the location and one for the low cost. My expectations were modest, but the hotel didn’t manage even the basics. The room was tiny, and the bathroom was cramped too. Service needs a lot of training. The intercom didn’t work for all four days I was there, so I had to go to the restaurant even for morning tea. Once, I had to find the chef in the kitchen because no one else was around. They charged Rs 100/- for a cup of tea, or whatever that warm flavoured water was. They didn’t clean the room even after I left the keys.
