The room looked like it had been used by the previous guest and handed over without cleaning or sanitizing. The linen hadn’t been washed and had what looked like blood stains. The receptionist was a very attitude-filled, rowdy lady. Worst hotel. Don’t book here and waste your time.

The address listed as near Nagsandra metro station was wrong, and the place was far from the station. I stayed for 3 nights, and it was the worst stay I’ve had anywhere in the Country. The owner demanded and took another 3000 even though I had fully paid for the booking, and used harsh, abusive language. Couples kept coming and going for 2 or 3 hours, day and night. There was no room service, cleaning, housekeeping, or breakfast, and there was often no water in the washroom. It felt like they were frauds involved in illegal activities. I used AGODA for the first time and decided never to use it again.

There was no TV, and service wasn’t available. Whenever we asked the receptionist mahalakshmi about it, she came up with one excuse or another, and she was hard to reach when we tried contacting her. She was rude, demanded extra cash, and kept us waiting for hours in the middle of the night. The room stank, was very dirty, and had unclean sheets and dust everywhere. This was the worst hotel experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We booked a room online for our guest, but the manager refused to check them in and wanted extra money. They were left waiting for a long time, which was embarrassing for us. Pathetic service and bad management.
