Royal Orbit by FabHotel

The room was dingy and smelled strongly of smoke. It was dirty, with bed bugs and cockroaches, and staff refused to clean it. The staff and OWNER were extremely rude. I’d placed my clients here, and from my own experience we had to move hotels within two days. Please don’t go, or trust the other reviews.

I booked a room here for relatives, and they found it clean and nice. There’s Wi-Fi, hot water, air conditioning, and room service, and the staff are friendly and kind. The neighborhood worked well for them too, with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy base for out-of-town guests to go about their daily routine.

I stayed with my family in 201, and it turned out to be a fantastic stay. I’d hesitated because of some negative reviews, but everything was beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, and the staff were really humble. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

We booked four rooms, and each had some problem: a fan wasn’t working in one, a TV in another, an AC remote in another, and an AC issue in one too. The bathroom fittings weren’t in good condition, and there were cockroaches on the floors and in the bathrooms. When we raised the problems at reception, the receptionist told us to leave at 11 at night and seemed not to care. The staff were rude, and this hotel isn’t suitable for families. I don’t recommend it at all. Looking at the other reviews, I feel they’re paid. This is a genuine review. Don’t book here again.
