Mr. Prakash is the best part of the property. He is welcoming and energetic whether it's day or night. I've booked here for over a year, staying two weeks each month, and it's an excellent choice for travelling professionals working around Sarjapur and Bellandur. The rooms are clean and spacious, the area is a quiet residential one, and there are several lakes nearby for early morning walks.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the service felt very poor and unprofessional. I also found the rooms unclean and lacking basic maintenance. I raised complaints, but nothing was done. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

A good hotel for travellers, with clean, neat rooms. The staff are polite and helpful.

They wouldn't let me in at first. I had to call Oyo customer care to resolve a payment issue between the hotel and Oyo. They hadn't even left drinking water in the room.

The location worked well for my short office trip. Buses were about a 10-minute walk away, and Ola and Uber drivers found the place without any trouble. I was nervous after reading earlier reviews, but my three-night stay went much better than I expected. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, the staff were polite, and service through checkout was smooth. The cot was badly worn and offered no back support, so I had to arrange extra sheets and towels to make it comfortable. Apart from that, it felt worth the price, and I’d recommend Atithi Residency.
