It was peaceful, and I found my room clean when I got it. Keeping it clean is part of the deal, since they gave it to me that way. People who say the hygiene is poor should take a look at themselves too.

Of all the OYO places I’ve stayed, this was the worst. They let me into a room without mopping the floor or changing the linens. The whole experience was a nightmare.

We ended up cancelling right before check-in because there was no receptionist available. With our luggage, we had to wander around looking for somewhere else to go.

The service was awful. The AC didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the power kept going out and coming back. Even the service boys were rude. When I asked for breakfast at 8:30 am, they said it would arrive around 10:00 am. I called OYO customer care yesterday and got no response. My experience was very bad, I’d give it 0 stars.
