Online Suites

The complimentary vehicle service to Narayana Health made our daily trips very convenient and hassle-free. We were three, me and my parents, and stayed in Room #002 at Online Suites from 23rd May to 30th May. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the prompt, friendly service made us feel at home. We also thought the food and service at Megabyte Restaurant were excellent. Great value for money. Thanks for hosting us.

For the price, the room felt a little underwhelming, though it was clean and functional and there was nothing actually wrong with it. We stayed one night, and the staff were the highlight: welcoming, professional, and helpful. A decent stay mainly because of their excellent service.

It’s away from the city crowds, with spacious rooms and attentive staff. There’s a good restaurant nearby, and the food was delicious. Toilets need improvement, though. Worth the money.

The surroundings were clean and green, and the hotel itself was neat and well maintained. Staff were professional and behaved well. On my business trip, I stayed at Online Suite Hotel in Bommasandra, Bangalore. Breakfast was the only food I tried, and I found the taste average. Basic supplies included a one-litre water bottle, bath soap, and a shampoo pouch. My experience was average overall, but the property works for a short business stay.
