The room was a mess: sticky floor, dirty wardrobe, bathroom that hadn't been cleaned or sanitized properly, and bedsheets that didn't seem to get washed between guests. I found cigarette ashtrays, dried flowers, and lipstick marks. The water heater barely worked, there was no regular hot water, and they didn't even provide drinking water. The coffee I ordered through room service came in a plastic cover and cost Rs.40. While I was in the room, some of their goons tried the door with duplicate keys. They also woke me at 7am just to put the dustbin in the room. I asked for a wakeup call an hour before checkout and they refused, saying even a few minutes past 24 hours would mean charges for another day. The TV didn't work and there was no generator backup. Auto drivers bring people here by commission, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even for five minutes. It doesn't feel suitable for decent families.

They charged a lot for one night, but we checked in one morning and left that same evening, losing the rent we'd paid. The stay was uncomfortable, and the service was very poor. We had to ask repeatedly before they changed the bedsheets or cleaned the room and toilet. There was no drinking water, phone, or ventilation. I agree completely with what Mr. Goutham Ramesh said, and would tell everyone to avoid this hotel.

The pictures shown are fake and don't match the hotel. If you book online, they may not give you the room assigned by oyo and instead put you in one of their worst rooms. Mine was small and damp, with no kitchen or room service, and the price was high. They took extra money for breakfast but never provided it. Ham jise kehete hain loot rahe hai. There was nothing positive about my trip because of this place.

At check-in the receptionist quoted 4000, then at checkout he wanted another 1000 for service and GST. The staff were arrogant and ill-mannered, and the place was dirty. A really distressing experience.
