Radiant Resort

The pool was neat, and the food was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was very good too, with no compromise on taste, quantity, or quality. I’d especially suggest trying the lemon chicken, chilli chicken and biryani, each with a different taste. It’s a nice place for couples, families, and kids, with good service and flexible staff. We’d planned a stay and had a great time. Just be aware of the monkeys, even though they didn’t harm or bother us. We’d gladly visit again.

The room size and reception staff were the only two positives for us. The pictures make the resort look much better than it is, and it didn’t feel worth the premium price. Food was below average, with very small portions. The chicken gravy came with four tiny pieces instead of the four medium pieces we’d usually expect. Breakfast was also very poor, with only a limited selection of South Indian options. In the hot weather, we were repeatedly pushed to buy cold bottled water. Cold RO water should be offered to guests instead. The reception staff did help us get cold RO water when we asked, but the restaurant staff wouldn’t provide it. The reception, restaurant, and room service teams seemed poorly coordinated. Room service also refused to bring an extra plate when we ordered dinner from the restaurant. I’d look for another resort in Bangalore. This one wasn’t worth the price.

We stopped here for dinner with family on our way back from Bannerghatta zoo. You can dine at this resort without booking a room, which was a nice option. The food was delicious and affordable, and we loved the beautiful, romantic setup and atmosphere. My boy had a great time at the playground near the restaurant. It’s a lovely place to refresh, and I highly recommend it.

The resort has a lot of greenery, a play area for children, and separate pools for adults and kids. Both pools were clean and felt safe. The slide could do with a fresh coat of paint, and the play area could use an upgrade. More activities would make the stay even better. We came for a birthday celebration, and the check-in and check-out were both smooth and pleasant. Our room was spacious, tidy, and clean. There was a small water supply issue, but it was fixed within minutes after we reported it. The stay was quiet and comfortable, with no hassle. Breakfast options were limited, though the food itself was good. I’d visit again.
