On our fourth day here, the room still hadn't been cleaned, despite us asking repeatedly, and drinking water was unavailable much of the time. The room is tiny and there's no room service. It's been a horrible stay. I can't believe I came here after reading those earlier reviews. Maybe I needed the lesson: always trust Google reviews and choose wisely.

There's one host who does everything, with no other staff. The rooms are cozy, clean, and nice, and the location is near Peenya. There's no restaurant or breakfast, so don't count on the "free breakfast here" shown in the OYO app. This is really for solo travelers. I was satisfied since I only used the room overnight.

I booked through OYO, but they told me the booking had been canceled. New to the area, I still went to check in, but the room smelled bad and was in poor shape. I decided to leave within five minutes. When I asked for a refund, the receptionist shouted at me and refused to return my money, so I had to leave. Very rude. Please don't go there. OYO, try to choose a better hotel partner. I trusted OYO and felt betrayed. Thanks for the great service...

The rooms are small and unclean, and the elevator is tiny. When you book online and show up to check in, they say all the rooms are full and ask you to pay extra to get one. The staff are very rude, and this happens to every customer who books a room online.

The pin on Maps is off by about 20-50 meters. I asked the property owner to correct the coordinates, but they have this listed in the wrong spot.
