Privacy was a serious problem. Staff opened my room door without asking, which was completely unacceptable. They were also rude and didn't show guests basic respect, especially girls. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The whole place felt unclean, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with better options nearby.

There was a broken tap in the bathroom, and the room had a bar-like smell that put me off as soon as I arrived. I also saw numerous cockroaches throughout the space, which raised real hygiene concerns. This was a very disappointing stay at "Blue Bliss", far from the relaxing visit I'd hoped for.

Even though I'd stayed here regularly, this was the worst experience. They confirmed my booking over the phone, then cancelled it. When I asked about it, staff behaved aggressively and threw us out of the hotel. I've attached photos of that incident for people to see. It felt like money was all that mattered: whoever paid more got the rooms, regardless of an existing booking. The staff were undisciplined. I suggest not booking here.

A foul smell and no basic toiletries made this a very bad place to stay. They provided neither towels nor shower gel. Don't consider booking here.
