This place isn't worth the money. You'll have to leave your bike or car out on the road because there's no parking lot. The rooms were tiny and shabby, with no dressing mirror, hangers, desk or table, or bedside plug points. The towels looked used, too. There are other places in the area, like Northern suites, la Brook, dbrook etc etc, that you could choose instead.

I paid 1500 for a day, and basic things still kept failing. The room I got first had no key. I checked in at night, then in the morning there was no water, apparently because they hadn't switched on the motor. That made me late for a conference, and the heater wasn't working either. We asked to move rooms, and the replacement had a working heater, but the next morning the bathroom had no water again. I ran down to reception and found nobody there. I don't understand running a hotel without basic necessities, and I won't use Oyo again.

The room and washroom were dirty, with mosquitoes everywhere, water leaking in the washroom, and cigarette peaks by the window. The walls were filthy, and the TV didn't work all day. Even after repeatedly asking the hotel staff and Oyo team, we didn't get the basic amenities. Their response was awful. I called Oyo ten times over four hours, and although they promised a callback, nobody from the team ever called. Please don't book this hotel or rooms through Oyo.

The AC, bed, and TV were in good condition, but the service was terrible. There was no hot water, and on a few occasions there wasn't any water at all. They don't have a hotel kitchen, so breakfast comes from outside and may take a while. Room service also won't happen unless you tell them to do it.
