We felt well looked after, and the whole stay was smooth and memorable. Since it was my husband’s birthday, the staff surprised him with a cake in our room, then brought him another one at breakfast after they learned it was his birthday. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and was very good. Everyone was warm, polite, and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

The meeting hall was neatly set up, water was available, and security handled the entry check well. The front guest officer also guided us to the event. The evening snacks were okay, and the chicken gravy was good, but the fish curry wasn't spicy. The food overall needed more spice and more options. At the annual meeting on 10th April, there was no chicken biryani, only veg dum biryani, and the halwa and tea weren't very good. Portions were limited rather than a full buffet, and the roti wasn't replenished when it ran out. I also asked for a fresh plate after using the first one a little, but was told plates were counted and to use a small dessert plate.

Just reviewing the food: every dish was delicious, and the presentation looked lovely. They clearly put care into both how it tasted and how it looked. I'm already thinking about coming back.

They reach out well before arrival to get things arranged, remember guest preferences, and prepare the room as expected. Early check-in was handled smoothly, with the room often ready before I needed to ask. That attention made each stay feel easy and personal. From arrival, the team's genuine warmth made me feel welcome and cared for. They understand how to recognize loyal guests, and the experience is exactly what elite Bonvoy members appreciate. I look forward to returning.
