The service and cooperation were poor. The AC in room 107 wasn't working, and nobody called to get it repaired. The exhaust fan in the washroom was broken too.

There were lots of cockroaches in the room this time. We didn't get rice with dinner, and I'm not sure what they were calling veg korma.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the locality was good. Still, this was my first time seeing a mouse in a hotel room, on the top floor. When it vanished the first time, I thought I might have imagined it. Then I saw it climbing into the false ceiling.

The hotel is centrally located, but the staff service was the poorest I've experienced. The ACs weren't working, and the remotes didn't even have batteries. No toiletries were provided. The receptionist was rude and completely indifferent.

Breakfast was nice, and both the room and toilet were clean. I was there for a four-day business trip and had a comfortable stay. The blankets were very worn and should be replaced. The AC kept switching itself off and on, but it stopped being a problem when I set the temperature to the lowest number.
