OYO Flagship 27030 Hotel Blue Bell

I booked rooms for my friends, and the staff were very rude. They even stopped the lift at night, though we had already explained that the rooms were for a wedding party and people would be coming and going. I’d give this zero stars. I hope the owner takes care of this issue properly.

The rooms were clean and the service was good. There were problems too: the hot water wasn’t working, and they should check everything in the room before handing the key to a guest.

Really bad experience. Staff don’t coordinate with each other, and one person said a room was available while another said there wasn’t one. That second person offered me a room for 300 extra, then flatly refused to honor my Oyo booking. They only gave me a room after I cancelled through Oyo. I reported this to Oyo, but they cut me off and said they weren’t responsible if I checked in before 12:00 PM. The service and staff behavior were extremely bad, so think twice before staying here. Hey Oyo, if you care about customer experience, do something about this hotel, or customers will start unfollowing you.

I’d paid for my advance booking, but at the hotel the receptionist asked my nationality and then said there was no room. He wouldn’t speak English, so I called a friend who speaks Hindi. They spoke, but the answer was still that no room was available. I demanded my money back and repeated it, getting louder each time. Some people gathered, and only then did reception give me a room. I saw him check his OYO app and find my name and payment, but he still wouldn’t give me a room until I threatened to call the police. If I’d been staying in India for longer, I would definitely have filed a case against them.
