Hotel Nano at Neemrana

We booked a room at Aadhunik hotel at 8 PM on 12 June while driving from jaipur to Delhi, hoping to avoid a late night trip with our daughter. We arrived at 11:30 PM with our pet, not knowing pets weren’t allowed. We admitted we’d missed that rule when booking on the way to neemrana, and offered to pay for any nuisance or damage. We asked the managers to let us talk to the owner, but they wouldn’t listen or help us get to our booked room. Their response felt inhuman and harassing toward women. My daughter and I spent the whole night in the reception with our pet. The managers were walking around in their night suits, and both the receptionist and manager took turns sleeping in front of us. The rooms weren’t carpeted, and it didn’t seem like a big deal to let us in for this one accidental situation. It was a horrible experience, and I found the staff unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay here.

Getting there could be tricky since Ola and Uber cabs aren’t available, so bring your own vehicle or use autos. The staff were okay, and booking a room was hassle free. It was a good experience for the budget price.

The geyser wasn’t working, so they brought hot water in a bucket. That was a real inconvenience in January, and I felt bad seeing staff carry water for me. Otherwise, it was a good stay at a pocket friendly price.

The food was very expensive and didn’t taste good enough to justify the price. There were frequent power cuts, though thankfully the hotel has a generator. I hope they use it more often. The suite I was assigned also didn’t have a steady supply of hot water, which was a struggle in January.
