The room was so hot that sleeping was difficult, and the AC was stuck at 30°C with no way to turn it down. When the weather outside cooled, the system seemed to raise the temperature instead. The linens were another problem: the sheets and pillow covers looked yellow rather than white and didn’t feel fresh, which made the stay uncomfortable. Given my experience, the property’s high Google rating feels misleading. I’d read recent reviews carefully before booking, and wouldn’t recommend trusting ratings blindly.

We were three people but got just one towel, and the room didn’t look as clean as it did in the pictures. The bathroom fan wasn’t working, and neither was the TV.

At Hotel New Blue Rocks, Raisul and Sainul, the staff and property manager, really made the stay with their hospitality and extra effort. Things aren’t always perfect, but they try hard to put them right. The property is well maintained and has the basic amenities I needed, and if something falls short, they listen and fix it quickly. A comfortable stay.

I was in Bangalore for work at Zepto HQ, and Blue Rocks Suites worked really well for the trip. It’s on Sarjapur Road, with offices and places to eat close by, plus cafes and grocery stores nearby. After long workdays, the peaceful feel was welcome. My room was comfortable and clean, the WiFi was reliable for remote work, and housekeeping was consistent. The staff were courteous and quick to respond. Hot water and room service were useful too. Good value for short or longer business stays, and I’d recommend it.
