Cockroaches were everywhere, including the bed, bathroom, cupboard, and around the room. The bedding and toilet hadn't been cleaned before check-in, so it felt like I was using the previous guest's sheets, pillow, and blanket. When I asked housekeeping to clean, they refused. The staff were rude, and this was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I wouldn't choose it at any price. You could get sick here.

The room had no working AC, the TV didn't work, and the linen was dirty and smelly. It was also extremely unclean, worse than any hotel room I've seen. Check the reviews carefully, since I suspect many of the positive ratings came from hotel staff. A**hole.

The internet was okay, and if you need an extremely cheap room, there's nothing that outright says you shouldn't stay. Just expect a bed and little else. The rooms are rundown and seem due for a complete overhaul. The smell kept switching between smoke and chemicals used to cover it up. We looked at hotels in person because we'd had bad luck before, and chose not to stay here. For a little more, I'd suggest Fabhotel crown heights if you want a budget place in the area.

Service was good and on time, and the vegetarian food was decent, though the tea had no taste. The room itself was shabby and dirty. Even with a garage, they wouldn't provide car parking, so I had to leave the car out front. The bathroom doors were barely doors at all and wouldn't close.
