We paid expecting better value, but the stay fell short. The staff didn’t seem welcoming or ready to help guests from outside the region, and communication and hospitality needed to be much better. Management should work on guest service and communication, especially for people traveling from other parts of the country.

We arrived quite late, and the staff were helpful. The owner was helpful too, and it was easy to find on Mysore road. The hotel seems newly built, with a spacious room, spotless bathroom, and excellent cleanliness. It felt at least like a three-star hotel. There are a few small things they could improve, but they’re minor. I’d recommend staying here and would visit again, as long as they keep up the same quality.

The rooms are very clean and hygienic, and the food is good too. Muskan at the front office was such a nice person and spoke very politely.

A good, safe place with helpful staff. The main road nearby does make it noisy, though. The room was great, with a clean bed, central AC, and a nice bathroom. They also provided a shaving kit, dental kit, shower cap, cloth sandals, tea and coffee sachets, and an electric kettle.

The food was great, and the rooms were good too. It’s a brand new property on Mysore road, with a rooftop restaurant.
