OYO 69693 The Royal Park

They took ₹1500 for a promised 24-hour stay, then made me check out around 10:00 AM. They also demanded another ₹500 without giving me a bill or receipt. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and what felt like a complete scam. The behavior was unprofessional, and I don't recommend staying here. Be careful of hidden charges.

The room was crawling with cockroaches, and the sheets weren't clean. They made me pay 2k extra before handing over the keys. I didn't want to stay and asked for a refund, but they refused, so I had to force myself out. I wouldn't recommend booking here. It's the worst room anyone could stay in.

I paid through the app after calling and being told to pay first, but when I reached the hotel the rude receptionist refused check-in. He shouted and demanded 5k, saying they don't accept any online booking. Why list the hotel as available on travel apps, then? They wouldn't refund me, so my money was wasted. He was the rudest person I've met, with very red eyes, acting arrogant and looking as if he might be drunk or high. How is this even allowed? It felt like a complete scam.

The rooms were bad, staff weren't good, and they charged extra at check-in. They were all drunk, according to my experience. This was the worst hotel experience for me in bangalore. The owners should take care of the place, because they aren't suitable for this business. Please don't go here.
