Capital O 11590 Red Carpet Residence

The photos online looked completely different from the room I got. The linen was dirty, the blanket thin and dirty, the floor hadn't been mopped, and the washroom was unclean. There was a no-smoking sign, but I found cigarette butts behind the bed. Water from the AC leaked constantly and fell right on my face. The TV channels all asked me to subscribe. Staff were unresponsive and had a bad attitude. I had paid through the Oyo app and showed them the card charge, but reception claimed they hadn't received it, refused to give me the key, and made me pay again on the hotel's card machine. It's been a week and I still haven't got the refund. This is my worst OYO experience so far, and I wouldn't suggest booking here.

The staff were always around, and the rooms were nice for a reasonably priced stay. It's just behind the Cafe Coffee Day on Kammanhali main road, with access to the city and airport from there.

The property is still listed on booking websites, but when you arrive there's a big sign saying bookings have stopped. The contact person can't be reached, and they still haven't taken down those listings. A very frustrating place to visit.

The peaceful surroundings and nice ambience made this a much better place to stay than I expected.
