They refused to speak with us, wouldn't speak English, and used an aggressive tone. They wouldn't let my guests in because the kid wasn't 18 years old. I also felt they refused service because we're from North East, racism at its peak. Before they arrived, I'd already told the receptionist that two of my people would check in by 09:30. But after checking their adhar, staff denied them entry outright and started speaking aggressively. Bad service.

The staff are well trained and made a good impression. I used to visit v in hotel nearly 12 years ago, and a lot has changed since then. The food works for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners. I tried the paneer biryani and mushroom biryani, and both tasted great.

We found the rooms clean and neat, even though we'd heard they were bad. They were comfortable to stay in, too. The food was tasty, with plenty of nathi dishes available. Our friends especially liked the chicken curry and mutton paya, and we'd visit again.

The reception staff on different shifts kept blaming one another, and when we raised problems, they barely listened or tried to resolve them. The staff were arrogant, the taps never worked properly and the water pressure was very low. Washroom cleanliness was pathetic, and room service wasn't up to expectations. A complete waste of money and the worst stay I've had. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Better to save your time and money, and spare yourself the bad mood.
