The building itself is decent and well maintained, but the service made for a very disappointing stay. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, added unexplained charges, and refused to give a proper bill, saying the system was hanging. Room service staff entered with a spare key while we were out and hadn't told us. Nothing was stolen, but it was a serious privacy and security breach. When we raised it, reception said their staff were “trusted,” which wasn't an acceptable answer. Nobody explained the checkout time or extension charges, then the receptionist suddenly claimed we owed an extra day's charge and demanded ₹400 for breakfast rudely. Manager Mr. Nandish was arrogant and unhelpful instead of sorting things out. There was no drinking water in the room, many menu items weren't available, and even basic housekeeping cost extra. The management and staff behavior ruin what could be a good building. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a professional or comfortable stay in Bengaluru.

No towels or soap, and the staff and manager were the worst part. They were completely unprofessional, and the manager was especially rude. Never coming back.

Being close to Majestic made getting around easy. The place was quiet and cool, and the staff were very good.

We picked this place mainly because it’s only about 2 km from the railway station, with Bangalore Palace nearby to visit. The room was neat and much better than we expected. They’ll also take food orders by phone and bring them to your room, which was a nice extra.
