The rooms and service were bad. The fan was noisy, the ac didn't work, and I had to call repeatedly for service without getting help. It felt like a very local hotel charging 3 star prices, and the room you get is not worth the high price. Ask about charges at check-in, because they won't tell you and may request extra money at checkout for multiple charges. The area had few places to eat, mostly showrooms. Don't expect good support with refunds, returns, or cancellations. My experience here was the worst. I've stayed at many hotels in Bangalore and they were fantastic.

I was here for a week on a work stay and had a good experience. The location is amazing, right in the heart of HSR. The place was tidy and room service was good. Complimentary breakfast and dinner were available, all veg.

The ambience was superb, but for a hotel described as three star, they didn't provide a toothbrush or shaving kit.

The stay was hassle free for three days, with a smooth check-in after I booked through WhatsApp. I was travelling from Hyderabad with my family and needed somewhere near my daughter's Institute in HSR layout. I found the property while browsing online. We had a premium room, and they added an extra mattress to make things comfortable for our family of four. Jamal brought water, towels, and other things within minutes whenever we asked. Late one night my daughter needed printouts, and the staff made them in their office without charging me. The location is central, affordable, and quiet. Raghavendra was quick to respond to any questions. I'd strongly recommend it for families and will be back soon.
