La Serene Valley Resort By Dls Hotels

I was disappointed by the service as well as the room. Staff were uncooperative and often gave rude or dismissive responses to simple requests. The food also needs much better variety and taste. We'd planned a longer stay and wanted somewhere comfortable, so we paid extra to upgrade from the Deluxe Rooms we'd been offered to Premium Rooms with a balcony. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Dust covered the balcony, and the railings, chairs, and table looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Most shocking, we found undergarments from the previous guest lying on the table when we entered. It was clear housekeeping hadn't properly cleaned after the last occupants checked out. After paying extra for a premium category room, I expected basic cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism. La Serene Valley by DLS, Manali, failed on all counts. This is my honest experience, and based on it, I wouldn't recommend this DLS property until substantial improvements are made.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and the cozy bed and overall feel made it like a home away from home. Housekeeping kept everything neat and fresh each day. At check-in, I was greeted with warm smiles and the process was smooth. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I recently had a wonderful experience at DLS Hotel from start to finish.

The mountain view from our neat, clean room was good, and housekeeping was excellent. We had a wonderful family stay, with very good food. A nice, good-value hotel.

The mountain scenery was a highlight, especially the snow views from the hotel. Everyone on staff was kind, polite, and ready to help, and the food was excellent in both taste and quality. We had a wonderful stay and left with great memories.
