I felt uncomfortable in the first room I was given, and the staff kindly helped me switch rooms. They were really friendly, and I’m full of praise for Hotel Rolls Hub and its owner (Manager). My only suggestions are regular cleaning and weekly or monthly maintenance of the washroom equipment. Apart from those two things, you guys were great in every way.

The facilities were okay, and I liked the hotel. The owner wasn’t too irritating. Nothing was especially great, but it was all okay.

The bathroom didn’t work, and both the room and sheets were dirty. A very bad experience.
