Mr. Vishal Rana bhagwan and Savita were polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable all evening. Their care added a lot to our dinner. The food was fresh and delicious, beautifully prepared, and every dish was served hot. Thanks to Suraj chef.

Savita ji served me at breakfast and was very good and dedicated to her work. I loved staying here for two days. The hotel feels so well managed, and everyone made us feel welcome. The food I ordered was perfect, and room dining was really nice too. You guys are the best.

The welcome at arrival was nice, and they helped with our luggage, but at checkout nobody offered to help. They say there’s cab service between the railway station and hotel, but we weren’t given a ride either way. Later, they said it only covers one specific location, not the station’s last stop, and that extra charges apply. It feels like the service is advertised just to attract guests. The room was too small for the price. Breakfast had fewer items and poorer variety than last year. Lunch was very poor, and after eating it my wife and I both had stomach pain and loose motions. When I told the staff, they simply said their quality was good. The overall experience wasn’t satisfactory.

When I’m hungry and want a cozy dinner with family, this is my go-to restaurant in Kota. It’s quite family friendly, and one of the best options if you’re vegetarian. Mr. Ram, Mr. Vishal, Kuldeep, ranjit chef, and Jeevan chef attended to us, and the service was really good.
