The staff's behaviour was the worst part, and the service from both them and the hotel was pathetic. The rooms were dirty, the geyser didn't work, the sheets were unclean, and the mattress had stains.

I asked the manager for an extra bedsheet and got told to use a towel instead, as though I were freeloading. He talks sweetly, but there's nothing behind it. When I reported bugs in the bed, he denied it, called them cockroaches, and did nothing. The service was really bad. Learn how to run a hotel, you empty shell of a person. Not recommended at all.

The staff were the one good part. They behaved politely 👍. Everything else was awful: the rooms, washroom, cleanliness, service, bedsheets, and even the dirty pillow covers. There was no TV either. Don't be taken in by the pictures OYO shows. It was a very poor experience, and I attached an actual picture below. Stop using OYO, they are just looting.

The room wasn't ready when we were due to check in, and it was small for three people. Cleaning was poor, the AC didn't work properly, and neither the TV nor Wi-Fi worked. The lift was out of order too. Staff service and behaviour were terrible. OYO shouldn't list hotels like this in their collection. After this stay, I'll have to think twice before booking through OYO again.
