The room looked nothing like the online photos and felt more like a budget lodge than the comfortable place I expected. The bathroom was unhygienic, with a broken washbasin pipe, no hot water, and a flush that didn't work properly. Room service was very poor and unresponsive. It made for an unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend it unless management addresses these problems.
Affordable options for both AC and non-AC rooms, and the place has a nice ambiance.
There was no reliable water supply, and hot water was either missing or inconsistent. The room was uncomfortable, while the bathroom was badly maintained and had broken fixtures. I had a very unpleasant stay and wouldn't recommend it.
I wouldn't recommend staying here. The toilet was dirty, and its flush and pipes weren't working. Even after I told the staff and asked for repairs or another room, they didn't respond. The service and room were poor, and the stay wasn't worth the money.
The lift kept stopping on different floors, and Wi-Fi only worked at reception, not upstairs in the rooms. The AC didn't work, the wall charging ports had come out, the TV had no channels, and the geyser produced no hot water. They charged more than OYO. A complete waste, and the worst place. Please check these conditions before recommending it. 🙏🙏🙏
