The photos give a misleading impression. The place was filthy and unclean, more like some local hotel. Staff were rude and treated me as if I'd done something wrong to the room boy; the only thing he seemed eager to do was get me checked out quickly. They insisted I pay them instead of paying through Oyo, saying the money takes a month to reach them. I had no other option, so I ended up paying twice as much. As a bachelor I couldn't feel comfortable there, so definitely don't go with family. This was the worst Oyo stay I've had, and I think Oyo should take serious action against this hotel.

We booked a room at a discounted price, but once we got there the owner wanted an extra 500 from each person. Oyo staff and the owner both responded very badly. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't go.

The bathroom and toilet were unhygienic, and there was no room service. The TV and WiFi didn't work, and the towel they gave us was old and smelled bad. Even the charging sockets and switches were broken. One of the worst stays I've had, with really disgusting staff.

I was dumbfounded walking into the room with my family. The photos the hotel posted don't show what it's really like, and basic room necessities were missing. Sanitisation was nowhere close to acceptable. I'd give it zero if that were an option, so I'm giving one. I wonder who rated it four.

Oyo showed a price of 450 for 12 hours overnight, so I booked online. When I arrived, they said they couldn't provide service at that price. Whose mistake is that, mine? Who created Oyo and let me book it in the first place?
