OYO Flagship 49255 Hotel New Simran Palace

I found male hair on the pillows, and it didn't seem like housekeeping was doing its job. The washrooms weren't properly cleaned either. In the first room, there was poop in the western toilet when I tried to use it after checking in, and the geyser wasn't working. The receptionist or manager asked me to look at another room, but I found poop there too. When I asked for a refund because of all this, the receptionist wouldn't return my money. I've never faced such cheap behaviour. I'm completely unsatisfied and hope this hotel goes bankrupt soon. I'm also attaching the screenshot showing the 1200 I paid.

The kitchen canteen was unhygienic, with mice, cats, and cockroaches roaming around. My room was right beside it, and I couldn't believe people bought food there and put their health at risk. Leaving at checkout felt like being released from jail. It was a huge relief, and I know I won't return. I spent two nights here in February in a non-AC room. There were dead cockroaches on the floor, the sheets weren't changed, no fresh towels were left, and dirty food had been sitting on the table for who knows how long. The sheets and cushion had oil marks and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. I asked for room cleaning, but nobody came. The toilet was so dirty I don't even want to share a picture of it. I was dismayed. The staff were very rude. Right after I checked in, one called me downstairs to pay. I had a work meeting and was running late, so I said I'd pay on my way down and just needed a quick bath and change first. He arrogantly insisted I come down immediately. I felt like I had a gun to my head.

It's too expensive for the few amenities it offers, and the place isn't worth the money. The staff are among the worst I've encountered. I'd suggest spending a little more to stay somewhere else. If I could, I'd give it negative stars.

We slept terribly because there were bedbugs on the bed. The bathroom was filthy too, with gutca spit in every corner. I don't know if the bed was meant for people or bedbugs. We had a terrible time at this hotel, and I'd give it a negative rating. If the staff won't clean the place, they should hand it over to a third party. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
