I was here for about a week for an event nearby, in a room booked by my office, so I can't say if the price was worth it. There was room to park both cars and two-wheelers, and the water came from shared cans on each floor rather than individual bottles. The room itself was spacious, with basic things like AC, a heater, a mirror, wardrobe, cupboard, and almirah, so it was reasonably comfortable. Cleanliness was only average, though. There was visible dust, including around the bed, and housekeeping and maintenance could use improvement. It was decent enough for a short work visit, but better upkeep would have made a difference.

The basics were missing during our stay: no towels or water bottles, and when we asked, staff simply said they didn't provide them. That felt disappointing and unprofessional. There was also a price mismatch. Online we saw ₹4,000, but when we went directly to book for three people, they quoted ₹6,000. After we complained through MakeMyTrip and discussed it with them, they agreed to ₹4,500, which was still above the online rate. A very poor experience. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

The AC blew out some kind of dust or powder when we switched it on, and people on the fourth floor started coughing. It was really uncomfortable and felt unhealthy. When we tried to report it, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The surrounding area also seemed poorly kept and didn't feel clean or safe. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Cockroaches everywhere in the room, even on the bed. The service was very poor, and the staff couldn't seem to care less. Worst hotel.

The rooms are spacious enough for three or four adults and were clean. Food places and public transport are nearby, and the location is very accessible, close to Secunderabad railway station and East metro station.
