I stayed for a week and found the place secure, clean, and mostly functional. The AC worked well, and Manoj, the owner, sorted out problems fairly quickly. There were a few ants in the dining area, but we packed away and cleaned up after meals, so they didn’t attract many more. WiFi on my phone was patchy, although it seemed fine on my laptop. A decent place for a short stay, and I’d recommend it.

The location worked well for us, with a supermarket and several restaurants just a few minutes away on foot. The apartment was spacious and clean, with three bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchen. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and AC. It was furnished very well, and the washing machine was handy. The free WiFi was reliable too.

The stay was okay, but it was missing basics like hand wash soap and a pressure cooker for cooking. The caretaker was very rude, and on top of that, my sister’s sandal was stolen.

The caretaker kept the house and grounds in pristine condition, and the fully furnished apartment had the amenities needed for a comfortable, carefree stay. Erackath apartments is a great accommodation option right in the heart of the city. I’d recommend Erackath Apartment for a visit to Kochi. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Before booking, I saw the bad reviews and wanted to check the place out, so I went there in person. The caretaker, Manoj, was rude when we asked to see the rooms and refused to show them. We also asked about possible water or electricity problems. He said that issues can happen because it’s in the city, then asked who we were to inquire about them.
