The staff's attitude only added to an already bad stay. The flush and jet didn't work, the blankets and towels smelled, and the bedsheet was torn. We even had bed bugs for company at night. They call it a 3-star hotel, but after staying here, even one star feels generous. Memorable for all the wrong reasons.

We fit six people into two clean rooms for three days, and the budget was just right. The Ganga ghats are nearby too.

We stayed here from February 4 to 6, 2025. The hotel is down a street, the rooms smelled, the bathroom was in very poor condition, and the staff never helped or cleaned the room. Dashamev ghat is 100 meters away, Kashi temple about 1 km, and godowliya chawk, the main chaw market, 500 meters away.

There’s no lift in this two-floor hotel, and the stairs are large, so keep that in mind if you're booking with a senior citizen. They don't offer early check-in or late checkout either. For a two-hour late checkout, staff asked for Rs. 550. The one good thing is how close the hotel is to the ganga aarti ghat.
