At around 1:00 AM, we arrived with kids and senior citizens, but despite having four confirmed rooms, one had already been sold to someone else. They gave us another room, which was tiny and congested, more like a hostel than a hotel. It smelled strongly of liquor and smoke, had pan masala stains in the washroom, and the bedsheets were unclean. Staff first refused to deal with the problems; things were only partly sorted after the owner stepped in. Basic services were missing. There was no bottled drinking water, only tap water, and getting an electric kettle took repeated requests. The elevator was shut down at night, after 10-11 PM, and there was no proper reception or front office support. Breakfast was included, but poorly handled and very late for us. It came after 11 AM, with only poha and tea. The property has no in-house kitchen and orders food from outside. I also noticed that the property seems to relist itself from time to time, so older reviews stop showing and guests have a hard time judging past stays. Given the room size, cleanliness, and lack of services, it’s worth ₹500-₹700 a night at best. This was one of our worst stays, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.
