Comfort Inn Blue Waves

The hotel was clean and quiet, and our room had a bathtub. Rooms were neat, and the staff were polite and cooperative. There's a large lobby to sit in and easy access to nearby restaurants. The view of the airport from the restaurant is worth seeing. Good value for money, and worth a trip since it's centrally located in the city.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was good. Both the rooms and toilets were clean and well kept. It's an average but decent hotel at a reasonable price, and a solid option for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The rooms were comfortable and just right, but there were a few problems during my stay. Housekeeping was only available for limited hours, which was inconvenient. Waste from the dining area had been left overnight and wasn't cleared before breakfast, raising hygiene concerns. The dining area needs attention before breakfast service. The locker area was locked, and staff said they didn't know the password. That came across as unprofessional. I hope these issues get addressed, as they affect the guest experience.

The food was very good and hygienic, and breakfast had a superb spread. Mr. Roy, the manager, is experienced in hospitality, and the staff were professional and cooperative. We stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience. The property was clean, with beautifully decorated rooms, and I was fully satisfied. The full top-floor restaurant is a nice feature. It's near the airport, parallel to the runway, but that wasn't disturbing since there's not much air traffic in port blair. Highly recommended.
