If you want a convenient, budget-friendly place for a short stay, the location is the main draw. Hotel Kadamba Guestline is right above the BMTC bus terminal in Kengeri, handy for bus or metro arrivals and close to Global Village, Bangalore University, and the Mysore Road corridor. The staff are generally courteous, and the basic rooms have AC, TV, geyser, and free WiFi. There’s parking and 24-hour check-in options, and it’s couple-friendly too. Comfort can be hit or miss. Guests mention dated rooms and building, poor ventilation, dirty bathrooms, and occasional problems with amenities or intercoms. The area is busy and can be noisy because of the bus stand, especially in road-facing rooms, so sleep may suffer. I’d recommend it if location and price matter more to you than comfort or modern interiors. For a more polished stay, there are better-rated hotels farther from the bus stand.

I asked to have the fan turned on because the seating area was uncomfortable. The staff member said, “The fan is not working, sir,” but didn’t offer to move me to a nearby table where a fan worked. Staff were present in the service area, yet they weren’t courteous or attentive, and the customer service needs a lot of improvement. Basic facilities should be maintained, especially where customers have to wait. It’s unreasonable to leave people sitting uncomfortably while charging extra for the service. The visit was unsatisfactory because of the poor service, lack of professionalism, and inadequate facilities.

There was no water, the shower didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush during my recent stay. That was unacceptable and felt fraudulent. When I raised it, receptionist Mr. Nagaraj responded rudely. The person supervising the parking area was extremely rude as well. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional. When we argue, it escalates to threats. Management needs to address this immediately. If it carries on, many other guests will leave similar negative feedback.

The place looked dirty all over, and seeing waiters serve food with unclean hands was very disappointing and unacceptable. Hygiene seemed extremely poor. It felt totally mismanaged, and I think a government health official should inspect it. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone who cares about cleanliness.

The AC barely works, and there’s no TV. The room is cramped, the sheets were ripped and dirty, and the manager came across as judgmental. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
